Despite the downpour, I enjoyed my walk this morning. Spring is springing in Sea-to-Sky country. There were robins everywhere. Tried to get a photo, but robins don't pose as eagles do. Too busy getting breakfast, I guess.
And what's with the worms! They were all over the sidewalk! Why do they prefer concrete to grass?
The fresh air feels good on my face. My neighbours were out walking their dogs, cycling with their kids, running. We don't let the rain stop us here. We live in a temperate rain forest. Things grow big here. Things grow green here!
The photo is of a small stream now swollen with the spring rain. Soon the grasses will grow in again, and you won't even know it's there.
